You need to have MSAccess installed.
Click on the appropriate link:
If Internet connected (actual)
or
If not Internet connected (older local copy)
Choose open (preferred),
or save (to desktop)
and open PDFDB... from there.

This one does not need MSAccess at all,
you should be Internet connected, though.
The full actual database on one sheet
